April Crash Diet...
So my goal is to really lose weight and inches in April. I am going to be away from my family most of the month, so this should actually be pretty easy... I hope to have lost at least 10 pounds and 3 inches... probably over ambitious, but hey what better things do I have to do?

Go Baby Go
Ok, silly attempt at motivational chant, but I know you can meet your goals. You are one of the strongest people I know, and definitely one of the most stubborn, so I know you can do what you set out to do. I know you dont like to go workout at night, so even though I liked going with you to work out, it seems we will have to go at different times...so I was thinking that perhaps you might want to go after you get out of work on your short days. If Alex is taking a nap anyway, no sense in waking him. Just a thought.

Day 1
Well today is day one...I will be going to the YMCA today and signing up, and am setting a small goal of 4 days a week and a large goal of 6 days a week, for an hour a day! (Thank goodness for the Child Watch they offer) My Cardio appointment has some good answers, so I am not so worried about really working out hard...
