I weigh in at 170 today... I am now 1 pound away and the 170's will be gone and i MOVE INTO THE 160'S. 160 is my goal so 10 more lbs. which should be 6 more weeks but I feel great for summer NOW!!

Exercise
I exercise on the elliptical for 5-10 minutes and treadmill for the rest of the hour in Zone 3 heart rate w/ variable on and off to zone 4. I don't log it here so I post it for others to see. I NEED to get my calories some how. I'm always just sooo full.

Man o Man you should have seen all the food I didn't eat at a Daytona500 party I went to. I think I lost 5 lbs staring at it all day and only munching on the almonds in my pocket.

tough week brutha.. All the more reason to help yourself..cause no one else is going to help you. Have to look at it that way I think. Stay on point and hit it hard.
