My February 15th, Weigh-In
I weighed in because I got to do one of my favorite physical activities last night, Dancing! I think dancing kept me thin, before. My weigh-in means sooo much. I actually weighed upper 160's early last week. So I feel great about my results! Technically, I've lost about 8lbs this week. Yay!

new plan
Finally got a system down... I'm doing weights and cardio regularly. I like my little routine. I came up with it while using random pieces of equipment at the gym. I picked the parts of my body I want to target (from the abs down) and found the equipment that works that part. That was it. Now when I workout, I feel like I'm doing something more. I'm sore in all the right places. I am doing more reps and comfortable weight, to tone and build little muscle. I don't want to bulk. But I know if I get some muscle it'll be easier to take off the fat.
