Well, i may have to explain myself. A couple months ago i went through some stressful moments and gained some of the weight i had lost. But i am back and for good! It's 1 year today since i started, i lost almost 30kg and gained 10. All in all, 20kg lost in a year. I plan to lose 15 in the next 6 months.

Plateau

I had a little plateau the last couple of weeks. It was my birthday and i moved, so i drank a little too much and was a bit stressed. That may have been impacting on my weight loss, but i have started losing again. WTG! 11 kg to my healthy weight!
