Marymeg's Journal

Have really eaten like crap this week, and I can feel it. Not feeling very well. Have still gotten my workouts in, gotta get back on track with my diet. Gonna do 2 days of ESE next week and see what the results are. Really haven't felt well this week.

Feeling good today. I am down almost 6 lbs from my start date. Been doing body weight circuits for about 3 weeks now. Been changing those up with my moods, but have been successful and feeling great. Also playing tennis, or trying to get some HIIT just by being active. Playing around with a moderate Paleo type diet and actually doing pretty well with that. I would like to hit an ideal weight of 138-140 lbs so still got some work to do!

Day One
Feeling pretty good today, even after a crappy breakfast. Not planning on getting a workout in today, have to work late. Just started a new full body training workout. Will test it out for about 6 weeks and evaluate the progress. Currently 25% bodyfat and wanting to lose down to 18% before reevaluating.
