Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30
O.K. this DVD kicks my bootie but the results are evident the same day. I'm sweating and swearing at Jillian while I'm working out. But afterwards, my arms look slimmer, my waist looks smaller. It's a hell of a workout but it works! I'm going to do it for the next 30 days with only 1 day break each week. I'm on my 2nd day.

Juice
Yes, the movie is very inspirational. I tell everyone about it, especially those expressing an interest in losing weight while maintaining a healthy diet. I'm actually not doing the 10 day fast. I'm supplementing my meals with the juice. I tried doing it for the entire day but my life style didn't mesh with it. The first day I was on it, my daughter who I hadn't seen in a month wanted to have dinner, so although I had juice all day, I had a regular meal in the evening. The best thing about the juice is that I can choose it over something less nutritious or fattening. When I wasn't juicing, I only had less than ideal meal choices and usually went for something I wanted over something I needed like vegetables. I wish they had juice bars where I could pick up up healthy dose of nutrition on the run. Jamba Juice is now making a vege/fruit smoothie. I had one the other day, it was good! Only 460 calories so equivalent to a meal.

How is the mean green juice going? Are you doing a ten day fast? I just saw the movie and WOW!!! I cried when they showed Phil running for the first time... I would love to hear how your juicing is going!
