Running is magic
Weight coming off again and body looking toned again. Slower this time but it's working!

Simple math
Had to cut calories for the first time in a long time but my new hectic life has made it a necessity. 200 cals a day less for a couple weeks and back down to a respectable 95. Calories are definitely what my body responds to more than exercise.

If finally happened
My body is finally getting pissed at me for all the fun I've been having. Though I've stayed in my calorie range most days, I haven't been as intense about my workouts or as diligent with WHAT I'm putting in my body. I've been grazing at work, relying on energy drinks to deal with some of the new job pressures, grabbing candy hear and there...and I'm pretty sure salt is also a culprit. I've also upped my strength training but I am pretty sure this isn't five pounds of muscle. I'm hoping longer workouts, training for a 9K, and being more careful with what I put in my body will turn things around.

Not my best week
But at least I'm breaking even. Going out three times this week made it tough. Emotionally I needed it though. There has to be balance and Dailyburn saying I did enough to neither gain or lose is acceptable. No need to lose anyway. Today is a run day so that should help.
