Hey there! Just checkin' up on ya to see how things are going! I haven't been recording anything lately but I decided that today I will try to get back on track. Are you there with me?

Heya Matthew!
Glad to meet you! I'll be checking up on you every day or every other day (Unless you ask me to stop because quite frankly, that I sound pretty creepy). I'll be here for you if you had a really great day or a really awful day. I can't wait to start seeing some updates on your food and exercise! Talk to you soon! -Elle

I will do my best. I'm a little sporadic on here ;) My best advice is to diligently log all your foods. Allow yourself a cheat day every week or two (no crazy 6000 calorie days). This will help you mentally and also keep your metabolism going. Remember that you are making lifestyle changes. You are not on a temporary diet. I basically eat the same way i did when I was losing weight, jsut with a few extra snacks and treats. Slow and steady wins the race!
