New exercises
I added a new workout, including a great Pilates exercise with a body ball that Jane told me about today. Leah is a big fan of body balls.

Update on CH Bootcamp
Hi Gymbuddies! Cynthia gave us 11 exercises. I found 6 execises, or 6 that are close to the ones on her Bootcamp sheet. If anyone can find exercises that are closer please edit the workout. I like the way the exercises can be printed out for your workout next morning in this program. To be continued after stream team tomorrow?

Exercise and calorie counting
These are my two main goals. Building muscle is a third goal. Weight loss & getting that flat belly is really what I'm after. But I didn't give myself a huge weight loss goal, so I can also afford to build some muscle. Working so far!
