Considering...
...the fact that I was 265 just a few short years ago... ...that, until now, I haven't fit into size 14 pants since the 4th grade... ...that I haven't run seriously in nearly 20 years... ...that I have a triathlon in less than a month... I think I'm doing pretty well, even though I haven't really exercised since Saturday. That said, need to get to the track, gym, or pool by the end of the day.

Knee Surgery Fun
So it's been nearly a month since my last surgery, and I am finally feeling a little like my old self. I am really looking forward to starting up again. Watch out!

Bit of a Change
Changing up my routine a little bit today and started the Power 90 (little sister of P90x) video. Getting back into good eating habits after a weekend away, but hey, I actually got some exercise with all the walking around we did (no, seriously). Gonna go back to 5x5 possibly next week or the week after. I want to continue my weight training as I know it has done great things for my quads which will be important later when I recover from my knee surgery. Also looking forward to finally hitting the pool possibly this weekend. w00t!
