NOthing but shame
So last week ended with a hefty eating at Superbowl, I'm ashamed of myself, wtf. Back on track yesterday and today though, I'll get back down.

Continued Shame
I'm pretty disgusted with myself. More continued abuse of my body with this shit food has packed it on more. Well no more. No more holiday eating or drinking and my hand has improved so I can do more lifting. I'm getting back on track NOW.

Holiday Shame
So I went on holiday to see my folks where I ate everything in sight and did nothing about it. It was great. Now it's time to get back on the wagon. I was going to check the scale this morning but the gf hid it but I'm sure I'm up atleast 10 lbs since my last weigh-in. I'll kick those off fast and get moving on the rest of what needs to be lost.

Stupid Carpal Tunnel
Stupid carpal tunnel issues related to my surgery in October are keeping me from really hitting the weights hard and will probably continue to do so for atleast another 1-2 months. So I think I'm gonna just stay on fat loss and try my best to retain as much muscle as possible without losing more. I can always pack it on my legs and abs hopefully :-)

Sore Hand
My hand isn't doing as well with the lifting as I would like, there's a lot I can tell I'm weaker on because of it cause my right side is able to complete the same exercies with ease but I'm not giving up.
