-7.2 lbs for week one!
Did my first Cage Fitness class last night - OMG! I survived it - barely. Tommy gave me a great little "pep talk" & says I have to stick with it for at least a month. I am reserving judgement for now. LOL I did go to the track to walk but only went 1 lap, Wasn't feeling that great this morning, but it was too beautiful to not be outside for at least a little while.
