And yes, I'm drinking TONS of water... I think my little gains/losses right now have more to do with my cycle, but I'm staying on track so hopefully I'll start to head down again instead of a bit up, a bit down, a bit up, a bit down. I'm really impressed by your steady, downward weight loss. You're doing great!

me too. I was sick for two weeks, so I had somewhat of an excuse...at least I went to my personal training session last thursday, though! today I'm determined to go for an easy run & do some strength training at home. let's get back on that wagon! :)
