How are yoU?
Haven't seen you logging on for a while... where have you been? Hope all is okay. How can I help you stay motivated?

On the right track...
In your last post, you mentioned something really key: "seeing a pattern to help make affective changes" - that is exactly why we log our food/exercise every week for 6 weeks. Through this process (however painful or monotonous it may be) we learn things about ourselves that you don't realize until week 4 or 5 or 6. You pick up on patterns - when you eat, what you tend to eat often, how much you eat... but even more important, what nutrients you're constantly deficient in and how you can start improving the variety ofyour foods over the weeks. And eventually, you start playing with the variables... "well, if I eat 1 serving instead of 2 - what does that do to my total calories?" etc. It's in those daily observations and experiences that lead to change. See if you can make more of an effort to log your foods... even if you say you don't eat that much... let's see if we can quantify how much is 'not that much'!! :)

The worst thing for me.
While trying to complete this log for the upcoming week it will be so complicated for me. I'm really not one to eat much during the day. It's hard for me to keep goals that I set for myself when it comes to my personal health. I'm hoping to be consistent and to just be complient with my goals. The good thing about this log is that I will visually be able to see the impact that my behaviors have on my life. By seeing this pattern I'm hoping to be able to affectively make changes.

Welcome to Daily Burn!
Well, it seems you've already added some friends (aka motivators) to your profile. For your goals, you stated that you want to increase your fruit intake and increase your weekly exercises. I'm sure you lead a busy life, being a mom of 2, so think about refining your goals by adding more specific parameters. LIke: What days will you plan on exercising. Or, what type of fruits will you focus on each week? The more vague a goal, the less likely you'll adhere to it. Just fyi...
