Discovery
It is interesting to discover the calorie range required for specific levels of activity. i.e. cardio vs. strength training days. I also honestly believe I would continue to gain weight if I followed the calorie recommendations made by Gyminee. It is also next to impossible to eat a balanced diet meeting Gyminee's suggestions and lose weight. Protein is the most difficult to achieve without going over on calories or carbs. I am resigning myself to less than 1800 calories per day with exercise. This should allow me to lose 5-10 pounds per month and then go on a maintenance diet where I will hopefully find it easier to achieve the balance.

With the help of Gyminee and a burning commitment to get in great shape, this is a new beginning.
