Mongolian Grill
Ah the loveliness of all-you-can-eat Mongolian Grill. When I go at dinner time I feel like I have to eat more to get my money's worth...good thing I went at lunch today. And I walked to the restaurant and walked home. Good choices made (and cancelled out) one at a time =].

ah, my beloved day off...wait, what do you mean i didn't get all my workouts in for the week? you mean i have to work out on my day off to burn the necessary calories to reach my goal? grr...you sure do have a way of making me wish i had no goals.

Workouts...
while i don't get to the gym as often as i should, i do a ton of stuff around the house including vacuuming, dishes, laundry, etc. why isn't there an option for housework in the workout lists? it burns calories and, when done vigorously, gets your heart rate up too. just ideas...

yesterday's dilemma.
why does a milkshake have so many calories? really, do i want a milkshake or a meal? well, of course i want the milkshake!! now to figure out if i really want to work out enough to have a meal too...
