The biggest loser
Wouldn't it be nice to a contestant on the biggest loser for just a few weeks. All of the contestants lost more weight in one week than I have in almost 4. Sure they are double my weight, but could you imagine in you dropped 41 pounds in one week!! I will say this - I was craving a snack before I watched the show, but as the doctor told each contestant about their risks for diabetes, heart disease and every other weight related illness I decided to forgo my "extra" snack. I have made it to the weekend within/under my calorie range I hope I can do the same with my weekend!

Getting back to basics
Okay - day 2 of my renewed sense of wellness. This is a bit more difficult than I thought. After a week break - ish on the diet thing I am trying to get into my groove again. So far I have been successful, but I definately feel that tug. The first 3 weeks of using this website made things feel easy - ish, but for some reason I find myself starving for sweet things and crunchy thing. I've made it through day 2 and preparing myself for day 3. One step at a time...right??

tomorrow
Hi Meghan, tomorrow is another day. Sorry to hear you are feeling blah. I get that a lot too. How about you do 100 jumping jacks before you eat dinner. Just something to get the blood pumping. Any little thing helps. Rock on girl!
