Strange fainting episode kinda knocked me out
The day before Thanksgiving I got the worst cramp in my leg ever and I fainted - since then, Ive been taking it much easier- scared that I'd hurt myself. I'm back on tracking calories and workouts today, but my goals are different. Im not going so extreme in my workouts anymore.

1 Blow out day a week keeps me sane!
That would be today- I didnt eat healthy. Still kept within calories, but those calories were crapola!

Dinner with hubby = not a diet day!
Went out to our favorite waterfront eatery last night and ate nachos to start (blew it right there). I chose the grilled crab cakes and ate only one. The plantains were incredible- I probably ate more than the one serving recorded. Add on the beer and you have a blown day for dieting! Back on it today!

Day 1 on Daily burn and i wake up with a sore thro
What a bummer- woke up on the edge of sick this morning. Decided to skip my gym workout and lay low, taking good care of myself instead. Guess I won't be hitting my 500 calorie burn today... A walk later, perhaps?
