About Me
A former 4-sport athlete in high school, I have spent the past 15 years researching whether eating pizza and chips in front of the TV in your 20s and 30s burns as many calories as practicing 5 days a week during football, basketball, track and baseball season when you were 18. It turns out that it doesn't. I know, I was surprised, too. But really it's not even close. And now that this study has concluded, it is time to get back in shape. Because I do not want to go through the research on what it feels like to have a heart attack when you are 45. Plus, I am 4 years away from having two teenage daughters, so I will need to be in top physical condition in order to effectively menace any number of teenage males as well as simply surviving in a houseful of women.
