What a difference a day makes...
I felt so much better going to bed last night, and slept better too. Miss Scott, but home on Sat, yea. Feel very committed today to the doet, just have to get in the workout mode. Oh how I wish I hadn't grwon up chubby and TV as my best friend. It is hard to break old habits.

Last Hurrah?
I seemingly must have decided that if I was going to get serious about this, I was going tpo have to have a last hurrah....and mac and cheese and brownies later (dinner last night) the scale reflected it this morning. I say don't look back, but onward and upward! (Or downward, right? ) Today is a new day, with no mistakes!!!

Today is the day!
Starting today! Hoping to lose weight for daughter's wedding at the end of may. i want to lose 50 total lbs, but I am shooting for twenty as a goal by the end of march and then see where I am. Really excited. I NEED to do this! Would love a buddy with similar goals. I am 55, a pediatric RN at a busy children's hospital, and I am incorporating a run/walk program into my workouts, as I would love to start with a 5K towrads a goal of a half marathon in May. Anyone like to join me???
