Moto! Moto! got a lot O' Motovation!
Come on Sweetie. Get fired up again. I don't know if you are going to the gym or not on this thing. If it is the App that is messed up there is an update for it out. Oh, I am doing SEALfit now. You can buy some sand and let the kids spray me with a hose and throw sand on me when I come home. It is called making sugar cookies. LOL Love you.

iphone app
I haven't been able to record anything because the app only opens 30% of the time on my phone. I rarely have time to sit down at the actual computer. I feel like I have an idea of what I'm eating each day already since I've been tracking everything for the past few months. Of course I had to find a way to get on here to track the pound I lost this week though. haha

You're log is looking better. Just keep at it. Try to eat every 3-4 hours. How was the Kashi Pumpkin Pecan Bar. I love pumpkin and it sounds wonderful!
