Off the Wagon
I wasn't keeping track of things for about 4 days. I upgraded my IPhone to iOS4, turns out the DailyBurn apps didn't support it yet. Today I got updates from DailyBurn and CalorieTracker so I can start looking out. My first phase of using DailyBurn was really successful. I took in almost no calories and did tons of cardio. I lost about 12 pounds and a bunch of fat. I've started seeing a personal trainer who has educated me quite a bit; so now I'm changing things up. More weight training, less cardio. More calories, more protein. Here goes nothing. My goal is to gain weight and lose fat.

Body fat
Hey do you have calipers to measure body fat? Or how are you measuring body fat?

Finally made it!
Made it down to my target weight, 150lbs. I think I still have about 3-5 pounds of fat left so I might update my weight to 145lbs. I need a tailors ruler so I can measure certain parts. Once the fat is gone I want to go up to 160lbs.

First Award & some great progress
I got my first award; it was for losing 5 pounds. I really like the challenge system, it encourages me to do exercises I wouldn't regularly do. Also I've made a bunch of food items, am I the only one who eats healthy on this site? So far, so good. I'm going to try and upload some progress images soon.

Just getting started with DailyBurn.
Getting going on DailtyBurn has been an interesting experience. The biggest pain points has to be creating my workouts based on what I am already doing, and creating food items when they do not already exist. I imagine after a month or so I will be dialed in across the board. Everything is pretty nice on this site. I really like the food scanner feature for the iPhone. One thing that is annoying is how much DailyBurn is trying to do; hey guys simpler is better, having this many features forces new users to wade through empty state pages and makes things very cluttered.
