How to get in the calories?
I can't seem to meet my calories. I'm always shy anywhere between 5 to 100 calories. The days I do meet my calories I either go over on my fats or carbs or both. What gives? And really, what should I worry about more? Keeping the fats and carbs within range or meeting the calories? I'm so confused! :-) Maybe I'll just try for a week to stay within the fats and carbs and see what happens not worry if my calories are under. (Better under then over on the calories, right?)
