Thanks for the post. My schedule this semester is alot more welcoming to working out on a regular schedule. Plus, the new iphone app has made it ridiculously easy to get everything uploaded online. A problem I had before. Let me know how it goes and best of luck!

See that little spike where I actually met my weight requirement? Cross-reference that with my (lack of) exercise activity the week before and my consumption and you'll see that it took my taking a week off from exercise and eating like complete shite in order to achieve this. As soon as I got back onto my routine, it was back to struggling to even keep up my weight. Le sigh.

hey man thanks for the gym buddy invite. It gets old havin only your gf as your gym buddy. I think it might just be in our genes to reach only a certain body weight. But keep at it man.
