I am a middle school Library Media Specialist, wife, and mother of 2 boys. I try to stay as active as I can while juggling my kids schedules. I have complete 2 full and 1 half marathon (walking) to raise money for breast cancer research.

I really want to say thank you for keeping me on trach the past couple of days. Your reminders have really sparked me into going to the gym and making sure to record everything :) so thank you very much for keeping me accountable.

Yeah everythings actually going well, Ive been hitting the gym and eating pretty well. I just am kind of couch surfing atm and not really being at home or around computers a lot so Ive been slacking on my logging. Im planning on keeping my computer with me from now on though so I should be back up and running on here. Thanks for checking in :)

Hi!
Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you! I suggest adding 3 additional servings of fresh vegetables and 1 additional serving of fresh fruit to your diet daily. Also, try shifting away from processed carbs to slow burning, complex carbs - for example, try having oatmeal instead of cereal for breakfast. Good luck! I will try to be more prompt in my answer next time :)
