Detox/Cleanse almost done
Well, one more day left of detox. Have done well with it this time around. I really want to stick with many of the food choices and such afterward as eating this way has helped me finally get down into the calorie range I need to be in, in order to start getting more lbs off since I've been in a plateau for about 3-4 months. So hopefully I can within reason stay on it. :)

Must get back on track
Grrrr...had a nice weight loss from trip to India, and have gained most of it back now and I'm frustrated. I know I've let my eating habits slip in the past couple months, so I really need to get that back on track, as I don't feel that work outs are my problem, it's my eating. So my goal from this point forward is to nail it in the butt and try harder to meet my daily calorie goals and reduce the extras in my diet that I've been allowing myself more often than not lately. We'll see if that can push things in the right direction again!

Had my second weigh-in and measurements done with my trainer Shayna. Granted she weighs me with my shoes and clothes all on, and in the middle of the day, so her weight usually shows me being 3-4 lbs heavier than when I weight myself in the mornings once a week. Either way, according to her info she took down, I had lost 9 lbs since my last weight in with her and I don't remember all the different inches I was down, but I think I was down a couple more in my waist, hips and thighs, so that is good!
