Well....I've haven't worked out or gone to yoga in 4 weeks! I feel like crap! Good news is I've lost about 8 pounds in 4 weeks.....bad news is, I'm certain its all muscle. Things are starting to get flabby again. Need to get off my butt!

Not Working
I feel like I'm working my tail off but the results are coming to slow....I need to up the intensity and cut out the calories. My wife thinks I need to stop using the Creatine and Whey Protein.....I think I will give it a shot!

Interest in Daily Burn
I'm losing some interest in logging my workouts and caloreis. The toughest part is not having an internet connection for logging my calories. Also, the ap doesn't seem to function right at the gym. It will not zero out my routines and I have to go in after the workout an manually adjust all of my exercises.

Modified Low Carb Diet
I tried the strick low carb diet, but my energy level was way low during Monday's workout. So, I modified it a little by adding a few carbs and keepin up my protein intake.....Much Better.

Low Carb Diet
Wow....I never realized how many carbs are in the foods I was eating. It was tough to find anything other than meat without carbs! I'm stocked up with Atkings Low carb items today.....feel like I lost 5 pounds in the past 2 days avoiding carbs....Starving
