It's amazing how a little attention to your caloric intake and refining your fitness goals can help gain significant improvements in your physique. It seems you are well on your way to meeting your weight goal of 185. And it's been a pleasure watching your progress over the semester. You've continuously turned in quality work and I wish you the best as you continue pursuing your health/fitness goals! :)

    Reflection

I had a great experience using gyminee this semester. A. From logging my food on a regular basis, I learned that I eat a lot more fat than I ever thought that I did. After I started cutting the excess fat from my diet I started losing weight and lost five pounds this semester. B. From tracking my workouts, I was able to see how about how many calories I would burn with each of my workouts. I was also able to find a few really good workouts that I had never heard of before. I started the 100 pushup plan a few weeks ago and have already seen some pretty serious improvments. C. Yes gyminee was helpful in helping me reach my fitness goals. By cutting some excess fat out of my diet I lost some weight and after finding that pushup program, my pushup endurance has increased a lot and I can do a lot more now. D. Yes I plan I continuing to use gyminee after this class is over! I found some great workout programs and I know I will find some more. It's a great way to stay motivated. E. I had a lot of fun with this class and I learned a lot! Thank you for everything Miss B!

First of all, I must tell you congrats on the weight-loss progress - according to your log, you are getting closer to that 10lb weight-loss mark. Also, thank you for encouraging both me and your GymBuddies. Sometimes a little extra motivation is all we need to keep us going from week-to-week. :) As far as your post on the "motivation to move" discussion, I found it fascinating that your job keeps you motivated to stay in shape. I had no idea that fire fighters had such a high risk for cardiovascular disease. And now that you explain the stresses of the job, I can see how the correlations exist. It sounds like you know exactly what motivates you and no matter what, you'll get your weekly workouts in during those free days. You seem to lead by example which in turn is inspiring others around you to want to move more!!

    Killer Abs

Hello! I saw you were in the Killer Abs group and started a while ago. Just wanted to see if you've kept up with it and if the program is really good. Just trying to find a good AB program that works. Thanks
