Hey Michael cheers for the kind words man and that's awesome you have been straight edge vegan for 10 years! Okay i am not the most regimented person and have been lazy of late but in general i just stick to compound exercises and train bodypart splits each week...usually 1 bodypart per week but sometimes i'll work arms twice. I generally do chest/back Day 1, Legs Day 2, Day 3 off, Shoulders/Traps Day 4, Arms Day 5. Or i'll train powerlifting routine where i incorporate a heavy day and light day each week for the core muscle groups/exercises like Bench/Squats. I eat lots of smaller meals throughout the day, and have a lot of lentil/chickpea/tempeh based meals, nutmeat/spinach bugers on wholegrain, pasta, tofu, nuts, seeds, avocado's, oatmeal + quinoa and fresh fruit, green smoothies with spinach/berries/cucumber/soy yogurt/flax etc. Also a lot of mornings i make protein pancakes using Phyto Pea Protein powder and flaxmeal.
