    thanks! My weight is yo-yoing... and it's not easy to keep the weight off... esp. with all this good food with BIG portions.... Have faith in yourself and don't procrastinate..... Soon you'll be healthier and happier..

    you can do it

    I've become a bit OCD about filling out gyminee with what I've eaten and check the report card etc., - which helps to get in the right state of mind to maintain the loss... Pro purchase has helped me also as I set nutritional targets far and wide. They say it takes you doing something '17 times' in order to make it a habit - and have genuinely started to fall out of the habit of eating unhealthily. I also fill up on veg before I start eating the tasty (but unhealthier) food now to take the edge off the hunger. A plateful of steamed broccoli can start to get tasty if you make yourself build the associations!! good luck geets! keep at it!

    i fell off the track...though still exercising i ate a lot and have put on some weight! have to get myself back on track starting today
