Game On
I got lazy over the past few months. A sudden jump in my workload last summer caused me to put aside my exercise program temporarily last summer. That temporary period ended up snowballing into a five month sloth-fest. Five months later I suddenly find myself with a completed college degree (finally!) and a ton of time on my hands. Time to hit the gym!

It Hurts All Over
I did some heavy bag work about four days ago for the first time in a few months. Over the winter I had hurt my hand while snowboarding and decided to go easy on it for a while. I can't remember the last time I've been so sore, four days later and still feel like I was hit by a truck.

Stronglifts
hard to say how long the routine will take. I've only done it one time and that was with someone who hasn't really lifted weights much at all. That being said, it only took the 2 of us about 35 min. Squats with any empty bar are super easy for me, but pretty challenging for him. Bench with an empty bar was very easy for both of us. Inverted rows were very hard for my friend. He could only get about 3, but at least he has something to build from. Not sure what he would have done if he couldn't do any. I got 15, 10 and 10. Pushups were moderately difficult for me: 30, 22, 18, and reverse crunches were easy. I'm looking forward to the next workout. I think my friend will probably need to do assisted pull-ups, and I'm not sure if he can do the bar on overhead presses. I think we're probably going to proceed with 5 lbs increases on everything.

Thanks for the add
How long have you been doing Stronglifts? Do you do anything on off-days (cardio, etc.)? I gotta admit, I'm semi-addicted to working out. I get really moody on days when I can't get to the gym at lunch (i generally only work out M-F), so doing 2 days a week with my buddy is going to be torture for me.
