Back on...
So I wasn't meaning to take a break dipping out on the progress I was making, but getting sick from New Years till, well... still sick, is not a great way to break in the work out routine for the year. Anyway, getting back into the swing of things. Off to a hopeful start!

Rough, Tough, Mean Ol' McGruff
So far I'm following these workouts and whole smokes am I exhausted. It is nice to actually follow a regiment though. I think I'm seeing progress already? Honestly, the hardest part is eating enough. Seems that my previous diet (what I normally eat) fails to provide what I really need, so gotta boost up the carbs and protein. This is intense...

December 6: Start Date
It's Sunday, I'm lazy, but today I'm starting this regime. Going to eat subway, study, then work out, and then.... we'll see. Hopefully I'll keep up with this.
