About Me
My main goal is to be better at keeping up the intensity in my workouts when I'm lifting on my own and to also avoid plateaus. I'm also on Twitter (@mijru). I go to a ton of group fitness classes: Bodypump, BOSU Conditioning, and Cardio Shred.

still active, not on site as much
No worries... I've still been working out--more than ever, in fact. But instead of using the site to track my efforts, I've been going to lots of group fitness classes at my new gym. I also may get back to self-directed workouts next month,

Hey man
Sorry it took me so long to respond. I'm actually LOOKING into getting involved in mixed martial arts when I get into professional school later this year...I'm already involved in TaeKwonDo, been doing that since freshman year of high school, but that's not MMA. Looking to get into MMA because fighting is fun and if TKD gave me the high it did, I can't imagine the high MMA will give me. Plus, 99.9% of fights end up on the ground (exaggeration). You into MMA as well?

Springtime running
Thank goodness the weather is improving. I'm really starting to get sick of running at the gym. Looking forward to the next few months of nice weather. Of course, Indy's summer heat and air pollution will soon kick in and make outdoor runs difficult, but spring will still be great!

I'll try a post
So I've been doing this site for over a year, and this is my first post. LOL.
