I didnt actually meet my walking goal... I met iver a period of 2 days lol. So, I put a time limit on it lol! Hopefully in the next week or so, I have gotten there. But yeah, I had to do a little walk inbetween the 35 sec of jogging (hence part of wussness), but something is better than nothing! And I WILL get there!!!

How's things?
Well, I was able to jog, a wussy like jog, for all of aprox 35 seconds yesterda! It is a hell of a lot better than where I was at a week ago! I decided baby steps is the key to success!

Thanks for the congrats. My legs didn't forgive me for half a day, but it was worth it. ;) Good work yourself! You're getting steadily lighter and able to run farther and farther. Keep it up! We're going to really have to watch out for you in the next challenge. ;)

Trainer will only be weighing me every 3 or 4 weeks, so back to WiiFit for weigh-ins.
