Lifetime Fitness
Hello - I just joined LTF this month

Can't wait to be 100%
Today was my 1st day back @ the gym since last Wed, I have been sick FOREVER. I am still hanging on to an occasional cough, somewhat short of breath and runny nose. I burned 800 calories today. The 1st 20 min with interval training on the treadmill, varying from 2.5-5% incline & 3.5-6.5 mph. Then I did abs, shoulders, chest, back and some lower body too. I ate yogurt parfait for breakfast, chicken noodle soup for lunch and ate fish and potato for dinner.

Still Under the weather
Today I ran on the trusty treadmill for 35min. I ran 1.519 miles and varied the incline btw 4 and 10%. My throat is still sore and i was short of breath so i didnt want to over do it. Hopefully I am back to 100% sometime this week.

New Beginnings......
I have been working out and managing my fitness since the age of about 18. I never stay on track with logging my progress or shortfalls until now. There is no way to go back on this site to enter past workouts but for the last few days I have been logging on another site (activelog.com) which sucks b/c for some reason I can no longer access it. Which brings me here. I actually like this site much better! For the past few days I have been fighting off a cold. From the sore throat, sinus and chest congestion, achy body and overall lethargic state I have been in I still managed a few workouts. Mostly cardio. 12/28- 30 min. treadmill - 280 cal 12/29- 60 min. treadmill - 555 cal 12/30- 60 min. treadmill - 559 cal 12/31-1hr 40min gym workout+ 20 min treadmill - 700 cal from now on my postings will be in the workout log area.
