Hey I think that couch to 5k running plan would be great for you. Cardio really isnt all that bad once you get to know it. Hey try this recipe - 4 egg whites and 1 yolk omelete. Once slice cheese (i use soy based cheese bc no cholesterol), some meat like turkey ham or even a sliced up boca burger works great. Add some salt and pepper - Delicious 250 calorie high protein breakfast in 6-8 minutes.
