173.2 lbs - and apparently the same BF week to wee
Which is nuts because pants are falling off me and I can see 2 sections of my 6-pack So - I will keep going I do need to drink more water however

had lost some, then gained - small
I had a good cheat day - probably took on 1.4 lbs from it - hit the straight and narrow now - no booze for two weeks...

current body stats
Since I had not written to this in a while - arms at 15.25 pumped, 15 relaxed. Chest and back are bigger - cannot fit into 44 clothes. 175lbs, but probably at 16% bf. Can squat 315 for reps free, can squat 205 box, can DL 315 once, could bench 245 once but right shoulder got tweaked so now Im db pressing 80lbs each by 8. Can do 20 wide pullups. doing kettlebells as well.

Does this each time, this time about 1 lb up higher.
