Good to know the formula translates well to the BodyPod. It's a starting point, just keep moving forward one step at a time.

You're welcome
Just make sure you change up your routine periodically. You don't necessarily have to change exercises, but increase your weight or change reps or sets. Make sure it doesn't get too easy, that your body doesn't get used to the same thing.

Hi
Congrats on the progress!! It looks like you are doing great, For health, slow and steady wins the race. Your food log looks good, although there are days were you might not be eating enough. Just looking at the last couple of days your calories were in a bit low in my opinion. I love that you're lifting weights! Are you following a program from DB or one you put together yourself?

it took so long
to lose half a pound. I'm not worried though (I think); I'm exercising and eating right and my clothes are getting loose. Looking forward to the body pod next week.
