    Maybe You're Trying Too Hard...

It took a long time to put on the extra weight, you might want to make up your mind that it will take a long time to get rid of it. If you figure out how many calories you would need to eat to maintain your ideal weight and do some moderate exercise (say walking a mile) every day, you will lose slowly - say a pound a week - but you will have a good chance at keeping it off forever! How about signing up for the lose 5 pound challenge as well as the lose 35? Good luck!

    UGH!

I actually gained weight this week. I have been trying to eat better, maybe I have not been eating the right things. I also have not exercised much this week. I wonder if this is telling me something. lol

    Today

I just joined a challenge. This should give me motivation to stick to my goals. I seem to sabotage myself daily. Damn those cookies!

About Me

I have been over weight my whole life. I have lost it and gained it back so many times it's easier to believe that I just need to be here. But every roll that manifests itself makes me more disgusted with myself.
