Rock & Roll
So Travis wants to do the San Antonio Rock and Roll (half) Marathon (Nov 2010)...figured that should be a good motivator/goal pusher. Started in again this week with the diet control and began bumping up the running last week. It has been suprisingly easy to control the eating...guess we shall see how that plays out over the weekend!

More delays...
So I have gotten my diet under control again (this week Sept 7th-11th anyway). But after being at Disney last week and getting strep Monday, I have not been to the gym in a long time. The diet is what is allowing for weight loss at this point. After the house hunting in San Antonio this coming weekend, I hope to get back in the gym and then hit it hard when I get to Florida on the 21st (through 16 Oct)!

The War
Okay. Time to really get serious. Sickness and various excuses have gotten me to the heaviest point in my life. I am stressed out with life and it is showing on my body. I went Pro today with Daily Burn so I can track every little thing in my fitness makeover. Here we go...

The Battle
So we went to MD for a family and friends visit in June. Travis left on June 16th and I have not worked out (except about a 4 mile trail run with Todd at Rocky Gap) since then (now July 2nd). I got sick on June 24th and have not felt well enough to do much of anything. Over a week of being sick, and over 2 weeks of not working out...boy this recovery is going to be a battle!

So the diet control started this week. Guess what? The weight started coming off. Lets see if I can stick to it!
