Greek Yogurt is Gross!
The Greek yogurt with fruit on the bottom is really disgusting! I like it fine if the flavoring is mixed in already, but there were two distinct flavors, plain Greek yogurt and strawberries and the fruit flavor didn't mask the unsettling aftertaste. I'll stick to my Danon Vanilla Greek Yogurt...it's creamy and sweet like a desert.

As I look at my logged food...
It's an odd feeling looking at what I've been eating, fairly regularly for at least a month, however I haven't been logging it. I wonder if I had been tracking my food daily I might have seen the disgustingness of eating 1,000 calories of crap before lunch and been inspired to stop sooner. Regardless, I'm stopping now.

I've been doing 4HB since January, and I can definitely say that even though I've only been following the diet, and intermittent exercise it has been working very well for me.. Also, there's a very good 4HB here on Daily Burn, lots of great discussion, experimentation and motivation. Either way, welcome back!
