Ugh, cereal binge this afternoon. Feeling very fatigued today and a little stressed out by the kids. On the plus side, I measured everything out rather than just filling up a mixing bowl.

Running on less than four broken hours of sleep today. Goal is to avoid the late afternoon sugar binge, maybe get in some lunges and squats. And stay sane. Lots of coffee.
