I have a new goal
My current body goal is to get to 60 by my 21st birthday. It says I can do this in 26 weeks - it is 31 weeks until my birthday, LETS DO THIS! :D

Results..
Hopefully I start to see some results soon. I have been working really hard at gym for over a week and would love to see even a little bit of improvement in anything - weight, clothing, anything - to keep my motivation skyrocketed :)

I have been at gym four days this week. FOUR! I am so proud of myself, I hope that I can keep it up next week (and hopefully not hurt so much after next weeks workouts). Woo hoo!

Gym!
Tonight I headed out to the gym and went to BodyBalance. I've been a member of FF for a year and have never been to a class. I had a great time, and look forward to more of them :)

time of the day
hi Monnie, do you weigh yourself at the same time of the day, sounds kind of odd, but i can weight myself in the morning & evening of the same day and get 1-2kg kilo difference depending on what i have eaten that day... just a thought....either way, is only 1 small part of the bigger picture
