    I know where I've gone wrong!

    I like to body does not respond well to even a day of indulging! I gotta work on that. I seem to have gained most inches around my belly (marked as waist) and hips are marked as thighs. My exact measurements for today are: Waist: 28.5 (I can go down to 26), Thighs: 35 (I can go down to 33-34).
