just started the gym again last week. i am going to try to record everything here so i have everything in the same place.. but i really have to say i like the use of recording food on this website more than anything else

again... and again i fail... but i will keep on it this time more.. I want it more. I need this more. I am going to meet my goal. No matter how busy life gets this time. I will improve my health.

There is no going back now. I am doing it because I know I can. I am reaching my goal. I will get there and I will work hard to stay there. It will all pay off once I am there.
