    split days huh?

    I got a 4 day split on lifting, and a 2 on 1 off split on cardio, that way your body stays guessing, and sometime has to work harder and burn more calories, like on the days you have to lift AND do cardio. it's pretty damn effective.... but what ever gets you results bro. just stick with it! and you may want to clean your diet up a bit more too, just to speed up the process. If you have any questions lemme know.

    Im going to split my days to get through a whole day at the gym without falling short. MWF are my cardio days. TR are my lift days. Try to reach my goal in time.
