Day 11
I took it easy last night because of the whole shoulder thing. It's feeling a bit better today. I think that if I take it light today then I should be fine.

Day Ten
Yesterday was rough. I didn't end up getting to the gym until around midnight. I was really tired but determined to get a workout in. While doing dumbbell bench, I strained my shoulder and it bother me through the rest of the next few exercises. I stopped because I didn't want to agitate and possible injury. Today it's very sore. There is sharp pain in my shoulder when extending it to the side. I'm going to take it easy tonight and push all of the workouts back by a day. Sunday I'll do a double workout and hopefully this will all be cleared up.

Day Nine
Well, I missed my workout yesterday. Got busy and before I knew it, 11 had rolled around and it was time for bed. I'll hit it today.

Day Seven
Yesterday was fine. It'll be interesting to see how weekends go because I am much less motivated to get to the gym on the weekend than during the week. My run yesterday went fine. I think that I might have strained something in my arms already. Sad. Hopefully a constant influx of amino acids and protein will repair it before I have to work them again on Wednesday. The weather has been lovely and I want to hit the trails, but my bike sat outside all winter and now most of the screws in the components are rusting. I need to get it to the bike shop to be cleaned up before I head out on the trails.

Day Six
Skipped writing about Thursday for some reason. It was alright. Not the best exercise day I've ever had but not awful either. Last night was rather productive. I haven't worked my lower body hard since the soccer days. It was great to do leg press and squat again. Squat is harder on my knees than I remember it being. I did hammer curls last night as an add-on to my program because I had energy and love hammers. Most of the soreness is in my arms. Need to kick it up a little bit at next lower body. Looking forward to my run today. If the weather holds out, I'm going mountain biking.
