Tracking Progress
I really think that tracking my progress with the weight lifting routine and with my diet have helped me tremendously. I am only three weeks into both a new workout and using this site and I can really see a difference when it comes to weight and intensity that I am doing. Before I started tracking things I do not think I pushed myself except for a bench press (just because it seems like it is what you are judged by so I really kind of kept track of it). Now I am challenging myself at EVERY exercise I am doing. It has taken me three weeks to finally do that, i do not think I would ever have really challenged myself if I was not tracking my progress.

Bad Diet
I had to go out to eat with my father tonight. I did not eat the entire portion of dumplings with Purscuito and a glass of wine. I resisted the beer and extra bread though

New Workout
I started my new workout on monday. Lifting a lot of weight and eating a lot of food. The only bad food that I have eaten so far is from a local resturant along with two Miller Lites. My muscles are very sore right now and I will be continuing the workout tonight
