Title...
run was rained out last night. got a lot of laundry done and cooked dinner at home so it wasn't a total waste. stations workout around the track at CMU this morning - pushups, squats, flutter kicks, and hopping up the stadium stairs. quick workout but fit in a little of everything.

New week
Rough weekend - did not workout Friday, Saturday, or Sunday and ate out every day. Getting back to it this week - 5k run tonight.
