Help
I am relapsing. I need motivation. I just can't seem to get back on track. I think it's my seasonal affective disorder setting in. I thought a trip to TX would help. SUPER sad face :-(

Journalling
It is so difficult to journal and to keep track of my foods. I do not know why I struggle so much with this aspect. I feel like so much of my life and day is on the go so to take time out to log food, is time that I could be working on something. I know this is not a valid excuse, and I need to get better. With this, my goal for next week is to log foods that I have eaten more regularly even if it means that I log only one meal. The object is to try to build the habit... Off to the fitness center.
